About the Author
Sandra Bolan is an award-winning newspaper journalist from Canada who now lives in the North Carolina mountains with her husband and three rescue dogs, one of which is the real-life Stella Blue.
Sandra has previously published two photography books - Dogs and Dads as well as Moms and Paws. She has also written two books about dogs for the Our Best Friends series: The Labrador Retriever and Caring for Your Mutt.
